With only few days remaining before Targeting Phage Therapy 2026, the international phage therapy community is preparing to meet in Valencia on June 9–10, 2026.

This year’s edition will focus on a decisive question: how can phage therapy move from scientific promise to clinical, industrial, and regulatory implementation?

The program will bring together clinicians, researchers, biotech innovators, industrial partners, and international experts to address the key priorities shaping the field: phage selection, clinical protocols, GMP production, regulation, market access, microbiota-driven precision approaches, and applications across human health, animal care, food, and biotechnology.

With more than 50 scientific presentations, selected short oral communications, poster sessions, an Innovation Forum, awards, and a final roundtable on the future of phage therapy, Valencia 2026 aims to be more than a congress. It will be a working platform to define the next steps for targeted phage therapy.
