Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission will occur via email: contact[at]tid-site.com.
Please specify which submission type you prefer.
Only one abstract is accepted for one registered person.
Short oral submissions for online participation require prior approval.
Online poster submissions are accepted.
No changes are allowed after the submission deadline.

The Modalities

Title length: Max 20 words.
Text length: Max 200 words
Text Outline: Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusion.
References: Max 3
Define unusual abbreviations on first use.
Submissions should relate to conference tracks or sessions, while specifying the topic.
Submit in both Word and PDF formats, prepared in B5 format.

Note that: Abstracts received without formal modalities will not be studied.

Reviewing and selection process

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific committee, and will be elected based on originality, novelty, and impact with the following scoring system:

The Abstracts that scored between 9 and 10 will be considered for Oral presentation.
The abstracts that scored between 6 and 8 will be accepted for a Poster presentation.

The conference Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject low-quality abstracts, as well as those which are not pertinent to the themes of the conference.

Guidelines for Presentations Post-Acceptance

1. Short Oral Presentations

Duration: 8 minutes of presentation + 2 minutes of Q&A.
Number of slides: 8 Slides (+1)
Content of the slides: (1) the aim of the research, (2) materials methods, (3) results, and (4) conclusion.

Duration of the presentations will vary according to the final program.
